CUERNITOS: Sugar Croissants. These sugared croissants have been traditionally been named "cuernitos", for their resemblence to bull horns. Rich tasting dough with elements of vanilla and cinnamon for flavor!

This is the major component amoung an aray of ingredients and when finished this sweet desert is traditional accomanied with hot chocolate.

ROSCA DE REYES ;This large attractive cake is decorated with fruit candies, sugar, and paste. By tradition, individuals usually purchase two of these at one time. On January 6, in a reunion amoung family and friends many foods are prepared. Once the cake is sliced, the lucky individual who has the plastic figure in their slice has the honor of throwing an additional reunion on February 2, once again with many foods including tamales and hot chocolate. Of course, this beautiful cake in central to the celebration. Due to rising popularity and media exposure, additional cakes are now being purchased for the workplace and school.

PINEAPPLE UPSIDEDOWN: If you're looking to spoil yourself, it really doesn't get much better than this! Poundcake-style breading, brown sugar, pineapple slices, and cherries on top. All that's missing is the ice cream!
